Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

1. More than 30 days before the tour date: A full refund will be issued, less any non-refundable processing fees.
2. 15 to 30 days before the tour date: A 60% refund will be issued.
3. Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be provided.

Tour Modifications or Cancellations by Explorasis Tours

Explorasis Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for an alternative tour date.
